In order to ensure that the ERC26 could be financed on a cost-covering basis, the participation fees had to be adjusted accordingly.

Method of Payment
The registration fees include German VAT. All fees are stated in Euro. We offer payment by credit card or debit order (German bank accounts). The following credit cards are accepted: Eurocard/MasterCard, Amex and Visa. The transmission of your data in the internet is securely encrypted.
Visa
If your nationality is listed under the following link, a visa is required to enter Germany (http://visahq.com/). We recommend that you contact the competent authority at the place of your residence for official instructions on the specific visa requirements and application procedures that apply to you. It is the participant ‘s responsibility to apply for a visa if required.
Visa Invitation Letter
Please check in advance, whether you require an entry visa for Germany according to your nationality. You will find this information e.g. here.
The visa invitation letter will only be sent to participants who have paid their registration fee. Please provide the following information by e-mail in order to receive your visa invitation letter:
- Full name
- Passport no.
- Expiry date
- Country of origin
- Date of birth
- Registration ID
